You simply enter your data and the dashboard automatically calculates and visualises all your key metrics — no coding or design skills required.
Which ecommerce platforms do the templates support?
We have specific templates for Shopify, Amazon FBA/FBM, Etsy, WooCommerce, and general multi-platform ecommerce. Most templates work with any platform since you manually input your data or paste exported reports from your platform. We also have templates for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, dropshipping, and agency reporting.

Formats & Compatibility
What format do the templates come in?
Every template includes two versions: a Google Sheets file (shared via link) and a Microsoft Excel file (.xlsx) available for download. Both versions are fully functional with all features, charts, and formulas included.
Do I need a Google account to use the templates?
To use the Google Sheets version, you'll need a free Google account. You can make a copy of the shared template to your own Google Drive with one click. If you prefer not to use Google, the Excel version works fully offline in Microsoft Excel (2016 or later recommended).
Can I access the dashboards on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Google Sheets is accessible on iOS and Android via the free Google Sheets app. Excel files can be opened on mobile via the Microsoft Excel app. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop for initial setup.
Are the templates compatible with Mac and Windows?
Yes, absolutely. Google Sheets works in any modern browser on both Mac and Windows. The Excel version is compatible with Excel for Mac and Excel for Windows (2016 or later). LibreOffice Calc compatibility is not officially supported but generally works for basic use.

How do I get my files after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes containing your download links. The email includes links to both the Google Sheets version and the Excel (.xlsx) download. Keep this email for future reference — you can re-download anytime.
What if I lose my download link or can't find my email?
No problem. Contact us at hello@dashboardhub.io with your purchase email address and we'll resend your download links right away. We keep records of all purchases, so you'll never permanently lose access.

How long does it take to set up a template?
Most customers are fully set up within 20–30 minutes. Every template comes with a step-by-step PDF setup guide and a video walkthrough. You don't need any technical experience — just follow the instructions and enter your data into the designated input cells.
Do I need technical skills to use these templates?
No technical skills are required. If you can type numbers into a spreadsheet, you can use our templates. All formulas, charts, and automations are pre-built. You only need to enter your data into the clearly marked input fields — the rest is automatic.
Can the templates automatically pull data from my Shopify or Amazon account?
Our standard templates use manual data entry — you export a report from Shopify/Amazon and paste the data into the template. This ensures your data stays private and secure. For users who want automatic data import, we can recommend third-party connector tools like Zapier or Coupler.io to automate the process.
Can I share the template with my team members?
Yes. The standard single-business license allows you to share the template with your team members, virtual assistants, bookkeepers, and business partners — as long as it's for the same business. The Google Sheets version makes collaboration especially easy via Google's built-in sharing features.
Customization
Can I customize the templates with my own branding?
Absolutely. All templates are fully editable. You can change colors, fonts, add your logo, rename tabs, modify charts, and adjust any element to match your brand. We include customization tips in the setup guide to help you personalize your dashboard quickly.
Can I add my own metrics and formulas?
Yes, you have full edit access to all cells, formulas, and sheets. You can add new metrics, create additional charts, modify existing formulas, or extend the template in any way that suits your needs. We recommend making a backup copy before making significant changes.
Can I change the currency in the templates?
Yes. All monetary values can be formatted to any currency. Simply select the relevant cells and change the number formatting to your preferred currency (€, $, £, etc.) using Google Sheets or Excel's built-in formatting options. The setup guide includes instructions for this.
Licensing
How many businesses can I use one template purchase for?
Each purchase is licensed for use with one business. If you run multiple separate businesses (different company names, different stores), you'll need a separate purchase for each. However, within one business, you can share with any number of team members.
Can I resell or redistribute the templates?
No. Our templates are licensed for personal and business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or create derivative products for sale. This applies to both the Google Sheets and Excel versions. Please see our full

Can I use templates for my agency clients?
For agency and client use, please purchase the Agency Client Reporting Dashboard which includes a commercial license allowing use for multiple client accounts. Standard single-use templates are licensed for one business only. Contact us if you need a custom agency arrangement.
